Well, I totally thought that it had only been a week since I last posted anything, but to my surprise it has been almost a month. My purpose for this blog is really quite selfish-- it is my form of documenting the little things that I don't want to forget one day (and since I just can't keep up with scrapbooking, this is a great alternative) so I am a little sad that I let the weeks pass.
Some random thoughts/memories from the past three weeks:
*I love small towns in the fall. The abundance of hokey little small town festivals (very Stars Hollow-esque for you Gilmore Girls fans) just makes me happy.
*The kids love going to the gym. I can take them to 10 great places in a day and without a doubt, when asked the question, "What was your favorite part of the day?", they will answer in unison, "Going to exercise!"
*In one day, Kaci knocked over an entire Halloween inflatable display at a department store and skillfully poured shampoo all over my bathroom.
*Another soccer season has ended. I am not looking forward to sports when they become competitive. I love going to the events when it really is just about goofing off and laughing at the silly things.
*Jared cut out all the tags to his underwear so he can wear them backwards. Wearing underwear backwards allows him to see the picture better and by cutting off the tags, it defeats my argument that, "The tag should be in the back."
