Until next summer, Dr. Phil

My Dr. Phil days are over. I will have to catch up with the Dr. Phil house and Robin's latest and greatest next summer. Tomorrow I start a new job teaching two classes at the high school. It is part-time which is wonderful for my mommy duties. I will teach at Enterprise High School--the high school that lost seven students during the March 1 tornado. This high school was also destroyed during the tornado and currently has no campus- the school shares a campus with the local community college. I am amazed at how far this campus has come in six months and at how well they are dealing with the many changes. I will be the reading teacher for those students who haven't passed their state tests yet and am pretty much in charge of the curriculum and program. Tomorrow is my first official day-- school has already been in session for a month and we'll be going through data and recommendations to build the two classes that I'll be teaching. I'm both excited and nervous about this opportunity--it should be fun!
